The outer box carries no product name, no logo and nothing that hints at the contents. Your bank statement is discreet as well.

Platinum-cure silicone is the industry gold standard for body-safe adult products. It is medical-grade, non-porous, phthalate-free, latex-free, and free of plasticisers that can leach over time. Because it is non-porous, it cannot harbour bacteria the way porous materials can — making it significantly safer and easier to clean. Every TOYS4FANS product is made exclusively from platinum silicone.

All orders benefit from fast dispatch & delivery, wherever you are. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

We ship to more than 130 destinations. Enter your address at checkout and you will see immediately whether we deliver and what shipping costs. A small number of countries are excluded because their customs rules do not permit this category of product.

Free to more than 100 countries. A flat €19,99 applies to selected island and remote destinations, and €49 to a handful of very remote ones. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Our prices are based on euro. Depending on where you are, the store shows and charges you in your local currency — for customers in the Americas, that is US dollars. The dollar amount is converted from our euro price at the exchange rate that applies when you order, so it can shift slightly from day to day. Whatever amount you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Within the EU, no — all taxes are included. Outside the EU, import duty and local tax may be charged by your customs authority on arrival. Those charges are set by your country and are not included in our price.

Every piece in the collection is hand-poured in small batches from medical-grade platinum silicone and shipped in discreet premium packaging. The range is available now — quality made to a standard, not an artificial countdown.

Yes. We offer Klarna at checkout, which allows you to split your €299 order into three interest-free monthly payments of €99,67. No additional cost, no hidden fees. Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the prompts.

Yes. All products are made from platinum-cure silicone, which is phthalate-free, latex-free, and non-porous. It is the same class of material used in medical-grade applications. We do not use TPE, PVC, jelly rubber, or any other material that contains plasticisers or additives that may be harmful.

Rinse with warm water and mild, unscented soap before and after each use. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, then pat dry with a clean cloth or allow to air dry. You may also use a dedicated toy cleaner. Because platinum silicone is non-porous, it is easy to sanitise and does not retain odours or bacteria. For full care instructions, see our Care Guide.

Use water-based lubricants only. Silicone-based lubricants will degrade the silicone material over time, causing tackiness and surface breakdown. Oil-based lubricants are also not recommended. When in doubt, check the label — if it says water-based, it is safe to use.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If your product arrives damaged or if you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few days — with a description and photographs. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which apply for two years. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Yes. Every creator featured in our collection is a verified 18+ adult who has completed identity verification and signed an exclusive scan agreement with TOYS4FANS. No product in our catalogue exists without the creator's full, informed consent and active participation in the production process.
