Prices are based on our euro (EUR) reference prices. Depending on your region, prices may be shown and charged in another currency — for example US dollars in the Americas — converted at the current exchange rate at the time of your order; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
Import duties and taxes
Inside the EU, everything is included — nothing to pay on delivery. Outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to import duty and local tax. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are payable to the carrier or customs when your parcel arrives.

Returns Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or removed from their sealed packaging. This is standard practice across the adult product industry and is in place to protect all customers.
If your product arrives damaged in transit or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible — ideally within a few days. Include a description of the issue and photographic evidence where possible. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which apply for two years.
